Sardines with Egg Fry


Here's a recipe for Sardines with Egg Fry:

Ingredients:
- 1 can of sardines in oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until they turn golden brown and fragrant.

2. Open the can of sardines and drain the oil. Add the sardines to the frying pan and break them into smaller pieces using a spatula. Stir gently to combine them with the onions and garlic.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs over the sardines in the frying pan.

5. If desired, add the finely chopped green chili for a hint of spiciness. Stir it into the mixture and cook for another minute.

7. Once the eggs are fully cooked and the flavors are well combined, remove the pan from the heat.
